• We rent the entire house, maximum capacity of six people - minimum two, for a minimum of two nights, three nights in the case of an extended holiday weekend, a Spanish "puente".
• The reservation will be considered "confirmed" with the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost. The deposit will serve as "security" and will be returned after inspection of the house at the end of the rental period.
• The total payment will be made on arrival.
• The reservation will be formalized only upon receipt by bank transfer of the deposit.
• The rental period will begin at four o'clock in the afternoon and departure time should be by twelve o'clock noon following the final night. This gives staff time to prepare the quarters again for the next guests and bring them back up to an adequate standard of cleanliness.
